Research and Development Center The Center focuses on the research and synthesis of compounds, and the development of processes. The R&D team is lead by the “100 Talents” of Chinese Academy of Sciences and overseas returnees. They are PhDs of organic chemical synthesis, synthesis of organic materials, drug synthesis, or physical chemistry. They have many years’ experience in research and development abroad.
